Sept. 11 Stephen Ministry Workshop at Essex Alliance Church in VT. Our church is registered, so there is no extra cost to you! (Just bring ferry & food money!) Meet us at 7:30am at the Cumberland Head Ferry and we will carpool. The conference lasts from 9am-1pm, but registration opens at 8am. This is an excellent training for meaningful ministry that each of us can have with those who are going through times of crisis in our community - both in and outside of the church body!
Sept 16-19 MISSIONS FESTIVAL with Sue Stern, International Worker in Argentina.
Thursday, Sept. 16 at 7PM PRAISE & WORSHIP NIGHT! Sue will also share, and we will have a potluck dessert after! Bring goodies!
Friday, Sept. 17 YOUTH (grades 6-12) 6:00-8:30PM Bring $3 and join us for "Pizza with Sue at the Thew's!" Call 643-8615 to give us an idea of how much pizza we'll need!
Saturday, Sept. 18 at 9AM all LADIES are invited to learn about spiritual disciplines and hear Sue Stern share her heart. Bring personal care items (shampoo, soap, deoderant, backpack or totebag, etc.) to donate to Family Promise.
Sunday, Sept. 19 EVERYONE is invited to a potluck after church. Please bring a main dish and either a salad or dessert. Singles & college students - don't worry about food - just COME!
Sept. 24-25 Ladies' Retreat to "Refocus on Missions" at Delta Lake Bible Conference Center in Rome, NY
